Next season's trends (Italian Designers)

Come ogni anno, gli stilisti presentano collezioni che potrebbero lanciare qualche trend di stagione. Per questo post ho scelto alcuni stilisti che secondo me si sono distinti: Alberta Ferretti che ha proposto delle zarine bon ton con raffinatissimi abiti in velluto, Pucci con le sue donne sexy e up to date a metà tra Jane Birkin e Brigitte Bardot, Gucci che ha presentato una collezione molto noir e misteriosa, Puglisi e Moschino che vogliono riportare in auge il tartan, Versace che vuol fare lo stesso con i dettagli punk e infine Prada che ha portato sulla passerella una signora dal gusto ricercato. As every year, the designers present collections that could launch some trends of the season. For this post I chose a few designers that I think are distinguished: Alberta Ferretti, who has proposed tsarinas bon ton with refined velvet dresses, Pucci with his sexy women and up to date in between Jane Birkin and Brigitte Bardot, Gucci presented a collection noir and very mysterious, Puglisi and Moschino who want to bring back the tartan, Versace wants to do the same punk details and finally Prada  that brought on the catwalk a lady of refined taste. Laced up sandals

Ci sono dei sandali che negli ultimi mesi hanno catturato la mia attenzione: i sandali alla schiava con il tacco, Purtroppo i modelli finora sono stati proposti solamente dai grandi nomi della moda quali Manolo, Zanotti e Jimmy Choo......attenderò con impazienza la versione di Zara :)

In the last few months there is a pair of sandals that caught my attention: the laced up sandals, unfortunately this model is proposed only by the big names of fashion such as Manolo, Zanotti and Jimmy Choo....I'll wait impatiently the Zara version :)

Over the knee boots

Questo è decisamente l'inverno degli stivali sopra il ginocchio: di pelle o di camoscio si possono abbinare a leggins, jeans, gonne e mini abiti.

This is definitely the winter of the over the knee boots: in leather or suede you can match it with leggins, jeans, skirts or mini dresses.

Lady Gaga Born this way ball outfits

La settimana scorsa ho avuto modo di assistere per la seconda volta a un concerto di Lady Gaga, uno show meraviglioso curato nel minimo dettaglio. Gli outfit indossati da Gaga erano rigorosamente pezzi di haute couture di maison come Versace, Moschino, Armani( il quale aveva già disegnato gli abiti del tour precedente).

Last week I went to the Lady Gaga concert for the second time in my life, a wonderful show treated in detail. The outfits wore by Gaga were haute couture pieces from maison like Versace, Moschino, Armani ( who designed the outfits of the previous tour).

Oscars best dressed women

Ieri a Los Angeles si è svolta l'84esima edizione degli Oscar, dove come sempre abbiamo visto vestiti meravigliosi addosso a donne altrettanto meravigliose, il redcarpet a volte si rivela meglio di una sfilata di moda. Sul tappeto rosso si sono visti tutti i colori e tessuti: da Gwyneth Platrow in un etereo Tom Ford con tanto di mantellina, al verde brillante di Viola Davis, al bustier haute couture di velluto nero di Angelina Jolie ( la migliore secondo me) la quale ha anticipato la moda del prossimo inverno che prevede un grande uso del velluto anche per le occasioni importanti.

Yesterday in Los Angeles was carried out the 84 edition of the Oscars, where as we have always seen wearing beautiful clothes for women just as wonderful, the redcarpet sometimes is  better than a fashion show. On the red carpet we  have seen all colors and fabrics from  Gwyneth Platrow in an ethereal Tom Ford complete with cape, to the bright green of Viola Davis, to  the haute couture black velvet bustier with Angelina Jolie (the best in my opinion) which anticipated the fashion for next winter which provides a great use of velvet for special occasions.
